Fall 2018 Washington University Law Review Symposium
As scientific breakthroughs advance rapid development of novel technologies, society has been forced to adapt through the adoption of new regulations and policies. In the wake of the related legislative and contractual frameworks that have developed, the risk of encroachment on individual privacy has increased. This symposium, hosted by the Cordell Institue, the Washington University Law Review, and the Washington University School of Law, featured experts discussing issues of trust and privacy.
The papers generated from the symposium were featured in Volume 96, Issue 6 of the Washington University Law Review.
