The Washington University School of Law and the Washington University Law Review hosted a Symposium on The Roberts Court’s First Amendment on January 19, 2018. The Symposum commemorated Professor Gregory Magarian’s book Managed Speech: The Roberts Court’s First Amendment (Oxford University Press), which explores and critiques how the present U.S. Supreme Court has reshaped, and degraded, the law of expressive freedom.
The papers generated from the symposium were featured in Volume 95, Issue 6 of the Washington University Law Review.
